Max Draw Distance visibility don't update while possessing a vehicle for runtime actors

OK so in my game, when I jump into a vehicle (possess one) - visibility based on distance don’t seem to update on anything created at runtime. The houses and fixed objects seem to mostly update OK - but anything that has been created at runtime doesn’t seem to refresh… so at the end of the video you’ll see me driving through an empty field

I’ve hit other players and AI controlled players (character actors) and they’ve been invisible
