Using marketplace assets for base of concept art

Hi,

The responses on this part of the forum are really impressive in terms of speed and clarity.

Apologies if this has already been asked.

Just want to know whether it is allowed if I use a rendered scene from Unreal that I make with marketplace assets (both free and paid) as a basis/final for concept art 2D images.

Does the answer change whether it is personal or professional use?

Do I owe royalties to Unreal?

You can certainly use Unreal and Marketplace content to create 2D images, no problem. Under the EULA, non-interactive linear use is royalty-free, and I think 2D images fits within that category.
