Scene still lit, even though all the lights are off

I’m working on this scene for like 2 days now, everything seems to be work how I wanted it to, but when I’ve gotten to the stage where I wanted to add lights that will switch on and off I’ve discovered a problem, even though all the lights are off, the scene still looks like something still illuminates it. Why does that happen?, I’ve tried to build the lighting again but there was no difference. I need the scene to look dark the way it looks in real life.

Here is how it looks like:

With lights

No lights

Hello Sebapler,

I would like to ask you a couple of questions to clarify what you are doing with your scene. You want to dynamically toggle on and off your lights. Are you baking your lights or are you using fully dynamic lighting? Without fully dynamic lighting your lightmass will still be baked onto the meshes in your scene. Be sure your lights are set to dynamic and you have a fully dynamically lit project. This could also be due to any illumination you have associated with your scene captures. If these are static meshes please be sure to set their light map resolution to something like 256. This allows for more accurate light calculations when your mesh is influenced by nearby lighting.

After going through the troubleshoots let me know if a any of these solve your issues.

I am facing same problem
any help would be appreciated.

it usually happens with static mesh. rebuilding with no lights does it.

but can someone tell me why my scene becomes all grey-ish and bright if i delete my post-process volume?
