client not connecting to server, but loading up anyway
Hello, as stated, I created shortcuts for my project and copied the project and shortcuts to two separate computers.
I launch the server, and it works fine, then I launch a client on the same computer, also working fine. But if I launch a client on another computer (same network) it doesn't connect, but loads up the level. I know it does not connect because the game timer I have does not sync up, and there are no other players.
The weird thing is it used to work just fine, everything would sync up accordingly. I though I must have changed something recently that broke it but I can't think of anything that would be related, so I'm not sure if this should be happening. Also I've checked over and over that the paths/commands/ip address in the shortcuts are correct so I don't think that can be the problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
