4.1 Verification Restarts to 90% and loops after 99%

Updating my Unreal Launcher to 4.1 and during verification at 99% it will say cleaning up files and download starts back at 0% and quickly accelerates at 90% where it starts Verifying installation at a slow pace til 99% and restarts.

here is the latest log generated during the update.

The same error with me… after a few tries it says my “Installation is corrupt”. I have tried as admin and without admin execution of the Launcher, the same! See my logs! link text
