Render Tranfrom is an incompleted option...

This is not only in 4.10… it has always been this way.

So, any change to Render Transform of a child, which is in a Scroll Box or Vertical Box or Horizontal Box or more(maybe canvas panel?), since the transform only changes the visual, the scripting made for scroll box, vertical… their children is like they don’t have any transform(a very good example is angle)
Honestly, i cant explain this any better…
