Best way to organize, reference

hello, i want to know what is best workflow to organize unreal projects? i mean… i can only think two ways: first one is creating new project file everytime for a new “project” and other one is creating one MASTER project and organizing different projects with maps. Are there any better ways? For example i cant find any asset referencing option in unreal similiar to maya… Lack of this emerges a filesize problem for me if i want to use one asset in different projects, each time i have to copy it to new project’s folder. isn’t that so much wasting of space becase of file size?

This is a tricky question to answer. You, as a developer, know which way works best for you and how quickly you can work with each organization. After the game is packaged it will never be seen. If you are working on a team you may find a way to organize your project that is uniform and accepted by all it’s members. So you could use organizational methods like the two you described, or come up with a system that is more personal to your workflow.
