BUG?? or i make mistake??

First window is in game
secon BP of this object

Bug is camera
camera rotated for 90

HEL!P!

Is the bug you are reporting because the object is in different view in BP window?
This is not a bug. It is ok. You can use standard W,A,S,D keys to move around and inspect the object in BP window. Is does not change anything in your game view.

Look to the camera!! I do not understood why camera is always turned to 90 degrees from seted point

I see you have the camera apparently set to the right-side of the vehicle in the character BP, however, when you Play in Editor the camera appears to be behind the vehicle.

Please post a screenshots like my examples showing what your camera and spring arm settings are in the details panel. -Thanks:

Who can be my tutor is UE??

Hi Fazyl,

I see from your images the camera is indeed behind the vehicle. Here is how you would want to position the camera for a side view (You can choose “Top” view to make moving the camera easier):

For someone new to UE4, a good place to start is viewing our online videos, some of which cover vehicle games specifically:

My previous response was that I thought you were having a camera issue before. After discussing this issue with a teammate, he pointed out that your vehicle is not oriented in the proper direction. In order for the vehicle to import properly, the vehicle must be modeled and skinned in the 3D modeling software X = Forward, Z = Up.

Note that you cannot simply rotate the model X Forward, Z Up after it has been skinned. It must be skinned while in this orientation. Also, in Maya, if you rotate your model to be in this direction, you should Reset and Freeze transformations before skinning the model to the skeleton.

Please try this and let me know whether or not it resolves your issue. -Thanks.

thx. I am using 3ds Max and I dont have idea about how to do it.
Can you help me?

I do not use 3DSMax, but you can learn how to set up the car in 3DS Max following this 5 part series:

Setup and Export a vehicle from 3dsMax to UDK

-It says to “UDK” but the set up for “UE4” is the same (Notice in the video the car is facing X Forward, Z Up.) Implementing the car in UE4 can be shown in Videos 176-179 on the following link:

[UE4 Massive Tutorial Playlist][2]

Lasty, I find it most useful to open the Vehicle Template and Advanced Vehicle Template to examine how these are put together. Then, replace with UE4 assets with your own assets.
