LowPoly Textures with few problems...

Hi all,

I am totally new with making lowpoly stuff and here i am… with a problem…
1st: I made tiled platform texture from 3DS Max 2014 and rendered out normal map and Ambient Occlusion map.
Those look fine with 3DS max rendering after all, when i import em at UE there is one problem.

Black line is showing outbounds what i have my platform in 3DS max but red line is outbounds when i export it out of 3DS max and drop it in the UE.

2nd thing, i have made texture maps those two ( NormMap & AO Map ).
Is there any cheat for making cap between platforms transparent.

Or is there only change to make all parts seperate lowpoly models and stack em groups at UE ?
