NVIDIA ZOTAC GT610 2GB DDR3

I want to make a First Person Shooter with graphics like GTA San Andreas.

using C++ (because it is awesome)

i dont want, awesome graphics, or post process, or a freaking nice lens flare, or anti aliasing 8x, i want a game like GTA San andreas in low detail mode, is it possible?

I have similar spec even lower GPU and i can confirm this is enough to do some simple games low graphics. Besides, UE4 is free so just try it by yourself
