Lanscape Collision Bug

I was able to reproduce this and have entered a bug report, UE-24881, to be assessed by the development staff. Having said this, it is advisable to utilize static meshes to represent areas underneath a landscape as the underside of a landscape is typically not rendered. You can use blocking volumes that match the contour of the landscape to add collision as a workaround.
