I was trying a camera animation with the matinee opened and a message on my screen said something about a benchmark and my scene got all dark. Now it seems global illumination is borked.
Did i pressed something wrong??

Could you provide me with some reproducible steps so I can see what you are reporting on your end?
Are you able to reproduce this everytime, and can you reproduce this in a blank project?
Could you provide me with some screenshots so I can visualize your issue?
