3dwidget 4 vector not visble after spawn

Hello, I have created an actor blueprint class. In this blueprint I have create a vector variable, which is editable and 3dwidget is checked. I try to spawn this blueprint class at a location I have selected using the mouse using “GetHitResult under Cursor by Channel” and “SpawnActor by Class”. I can the the geometry of my class, but I do not see the manipulator widget. I guess it is there, but only at a wrong location. Can you please give a hint?
I have uploaded the two blueprints. When I am dragging the blueprint with the vector variable into my level, I can actually see the 3D widget, but in my case I only want to spawn the blueprint class.
