Packaging gets stuck trying to cook deleted assets

hey all some i’m trying to package my game for android and it gets stuck during the cooking phase, from what i can see of the log it seems to get stuck trying to cook a file that’s deleted.

I have let it run for three hours and the console log didn’t move at all.
what can i do.

VS2015 Installed and the android tool chain / SDK is installed from the exe in the ue4 source folders

Hey ,

Have you tried deleting your Intermediate and Saved folders from your project folder? Are you able to launch onto your device? What happens when you use Unreal FrontEnd?

i built 4.10.1 and opened the project n that worked

but i did try that first ni didnt work

So you’ve resolved the issue by upgrading to 4.10.1?

Although the build now fails for another reason
