Problem Ambient occlusion in blender

can anyone explain to me, how to create an ambient occlusion texture/image.
Because i’ve got some problem with it.

I generally use other software to make AO but if blender is your only option its under the bakes tab. There are some settings to be made for a clean AO bake.
I suggest to start go to cgcookie. and make a free account. Goto archives and search for “low poly fire hydrant” Johnathan Williamson makes a good series on creating a low poly game asset with diffuse, normal and AO maps generated in blender.
