Okay so I have already look at many of the other answer to this problem to this issue but they don’t work for my situation. They say to uninstall/reinstall VS2015 which I don’t actual have. All I have that is close to this is Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable(x86) and (x64). I also have download VS2015 both (x64) and (x86) get the same error. What else can I do?

sorry for not responding in a while I forgot about this. so I have the dsdiag.tx file, but I cant get the debug thing cause I never get so the part where I get the gear icon. also I changed the thing so it had debug in it and still nothing happened, what else can I try?
