Instalation failing at the "please wait" point

Hi,

two days ago i downloaded UnrealEngine4.

The download of engine went to 100%, was completed, but then it stuck at “please wait” while trying to start it.

After few hours googling (we got Error code 5) we decidd to uninstall it, adn reinstall it again.

sofar we did it 3-5 times …

We not even downloading annymore, the “please wait” comes as soon as we click on “install engine”.

In debug logs i see that the program has problems to open stuff which is on the harddisc ?

im running windows 8.1, 64 bit, please tell me what i have to do and i will do it :slight_smile:

as atachment are some log files, my error screen and screenshot of flder, where the UnrealEngine is having problemt do open files …

If nothing works, follow the steps here to generate your Debug Logs. Post them here, along with your Dxdiag/system specs.
