[4.11] Particles & Emitter Time

Hi, I’ve got possible bug report about particles. A case very similar to the one I posted not so long ago (which is fixed, thanks)

However this time, instead of using Dynamic Parameter I’m using Color modules. In the project I provided there are 2 ways I tried to make this work, both produce the same behavior of feeding the particles with wrong input after the emitter time has been reached.

I want the alpha to change based on Emitter Time and not each particle’s own time - spawn at 100% and start fading then when time Y comes fade to 0. However once they all fade to 0, after a while they pop up again.

I suppose that ‘Emitter Time’ flag would work, but Color Over Life nor Initial Color does not have those (although I suppose Initial Color uses Emitter Time anyway).

Hi vipeout -

This is still an issue in 4.14.

Any chance of this getting resolved?
