Generate project files error "no valid visual studio install"

I’m trying to install UE4 from source because my internet blocked the launcher download. Every thing has gone fairly smoothly until I would run the “GenerateProjectFiles.bat” It would give me an error (picture). I just installed visual studio 2015 right before trying this though so I do have it installed. Help is much appreciated oh and its the unreal release version (I didn’t see that in the drop down)

Hey LegWall-

Where did you install Visual Studio onto the computer? Is it on the same drive where you are trying to build the engine? When you installed visual studio did you use the Express, Community, or Pro? If you used Express then you’ll want to switch to Community which works with the engine. Additionally, you may need ensure that the C++ Programming language and Common Tools are included when installing VS as these are not selected to be installed by default.
