Spline Handle Coordinates? Or visible spline at all times?

Hi, is there any way to find out the transform coordinates of a spline point so that i can move an object to the same location. Or perhaps snap to spline handle? However the spline is only visible when selected… again is there a way to have the spline always visible? Fairly basic stuff it seems to me… but i can figure it out and its making my life a whole lot harder to match the animation of the spline curve.

Edit: by spline point, i mean the control points.

Bump: Apparently Unreal has a build in spline system in which one cannot for instance set all points at x=300 - or align other mesh along etc - not without coding, rather insane IMO!

(Yes, grids can be used, but if any point was misplaced there is no way to get it back to grid… and sometimes it’d just really be nice to get to read or set the transform of things you edit)
