Is this PC setup good enough for Unreal Engine?

Hey!

I’m currently considering getting a new PC for various digital work and because I am curious to start using Unreal Engine.

At the moment this is roughly the build I have in mind:

I know it could be better but I am also on a budget. Are there any things in particular I should aim on changing?

This is just me… I would ditch the Quadro and get an Intel i7 and a nVidia 970x or 980ti… Intel is runs circles around AMD (at this point) in terms of processing…and… when you compile shaders and source, having the extra CPU horse power might be nice.
