No audio from sound actor when attenuation falloff distance is 0

When sound actor is placed in scene and Override Attenuation is checked, there is no sound from the emitter if falloff distance is set to 0. Sound is supposed to be played when the player is inside the radius, even if the sound falloff distance on the edge of radius is 0.

Sound plays as expected when falloff distance is different from 0. Small number like 0.0001 works fine.
