How climb over the obstacle, for fps parkour game

How climb over the obstacle, for fps parkour game, like Dishonored,Dying light or like a RE revelations 2. Animation is not important. Please help.

I assume to climb something you need to get the height of the object in front of your character to know if it can be climbed, so, I’d say the trick would to keep a constantly line tracing in front the the character at a offset of X+50 Z+300 to X+50 Z+0, and compare the Z coordinate of the hit with the Z of the GetActorLocation().
