Launcher keep crashing

Hi Team, I just re-install my PC with Windows 8.1 Pro today (Complete with all updates) with newest Nvidia driver 361.43.

Launcher keep crashing,I have tried several way from another answerhub thread, no success. (Both 32 & 64 bit didn’t work).

some information (maybe could help) :

  • I’m not using router. (no problem with connecting to Unreal server).
  • I can go inside the launcher (browsing marketplace, news and others), but after i “maximize” the launcher, it crashed.
  • When i try to open a project, it crashed.
  • Never happened before re-installing my windows 3 days ago (so, i’m not so sure what i’m missing, either net framework or directx).

Okay, i just fixed this crash. I don’t know how but newest launcher from Epic Games got me crashes all the time.

I reinstall the launcher from this page A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Epic Developer Community Forums (as you can see, older version). Update it as soon as it started, and everything worked just fine.
