Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Unreal Match 3 crashing on launch

I downloaded Unreal Match 3 from the app store and I'm finding that it crashes immediately after displaying the splash screen.

Environment: iPhone 6S Plus / iOS 9.2

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install Unreal Match 3 from the app store.

  2. Tap the icon.

Observed result:

The splash screen displays briefly, then the app crashes to springboard. The device's console log during the crash can be found here:

Expected result:

No crashing on launch.

Hi Derek!

We're trying to repro this here on our end, and just need a little more information. Could you upload a log that spans from launch to the section you've uploaded here?

Also, is the crash occurring on every launch?

Thanks!

As Lauren has stated, we're attempting to repro this issue on our end, and we haven't been able to. Please also provide the following information:

  • When was the last time you restarted your device?

  • How much space is currently unused?

  • Did you have this trouble before upgrading to iOS version 9.2?

  • Do you have Airplane mode on?

  • Is the Wifi turned on or off?

Thanks!!

After rebooting the device, it works. It was probably a few days, but maybe as much as a week since I had last rebooted. So maybe it was just a fluke?

I currently have 21.4 GB free on the device.

I downloaded the app after installing 9.2, so can't say if the problem affected pre-9.2.

Airplane mode is not on.

Wifi is enabled.
