  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

I think , and dont quote me on that please (!) ... if you sell the game on steam .. you have to pay royalty to them, i think thats what you accepted after you accepted the terms of service (etc)

btw. why should you not give them 5 or 10% ? i mean they gave you the engine for free .. + tutorials and so on .. would be just fair

They don't just take money off of your credit card automatically. You are responsible for submitting a revenue report each quarter that you made more than $3000 for your game.

"Once this information [your quarterly revenue report] is received and processed, Epic will provide payment instructions. "

I'm sure it is completely up to you what bank account the money comes out of.

The royalty is 5%, not 10%.

See the Unreal Engine 4 Commercial Game Deployment Guidelines for all the details.

You will also lose a portion of the game sales to steam, if it gets greenlit. They both shouldn't be an issue however, they both provide you hundreds of man-hours worth of work for a small fee.
