Snap hand to weapon?

however when i manually (blueprint) move the hands down (while on same animation) i get this effect

as my hands are obviously not synchronised.

the question: how do i “snap” the left hand to the weapon grip, or to the right hand so they will move together, while the length compensation will fall over the elbows contract/extension?

Add a two bone ik behind your aimoffset that affects left hand as the controller bone choose right hand and adjust the offset (the vec 3 value) to fit the grip; you can do this in the preview window
