How Can I get UE4 Arms Skeletal Mesh w/ Animations & Keyframes into Blender?

I’m trying to implement new animations for the skeletal mesh arms of the first person UE4. However when I bring the skeletal mesh into Blender, the keyframes for the animations do not show up. Any reason why I cannot preview the skeletal mesh in the pose that the animations hold for it that can be seen inside UE4?

You need to go into unreal persona of the arms. Then select what animation you want and at the top you will see export. The fbx file it generates will work in blender
Also note that you will not have access to the keyframe info. The unreal models were made in Maya I believe which animates differently. You will see on the timeline where things were keyframe. To make changes you will need to go to each point on the timeline and press I to keyframe the bone positions.
