Can't ADD TO PROJECT - Marketplace Item

Hi.

For someone reason when I ADD TO PROJECT one of my marketplace items I see that its created in the actual directory structure, but I do not see it inside the actual project. Tried a blank project…existing project…the version of the marketplace items are matched and it USE TO WORK. Anyone seen this before? Thanks!

PS: This is only happening on a single marketplace item. Cinematic Music Pack

Downloaded 4.9.2 and created a blank project and that didn’t work. This is VERY odd.

Hi Teak,

Can you provide the name of the Marketplace item? I would like to test this error on my end to see if its something to do with the pack. Let me know if there is any other packs that are behaving the same way for ya.

I have the same problem. I can’t add marketplace items to a project. 4.9, 4.10 tested.

I only have the problem with that specific asset. Does your happen on all items?

Its now been 10 days since any update. I can not use a product that I purchased on the Marketplace. What is the status of this please.
