  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples

    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Currently, the restriction on licensing from Iran remains in place. We're now researching whether the sanctions which were lifted include the sanctions that prevented us from licensing to Iran. From our research so far, there seems to have been very misleading reporting of sanctions lifting. For example, according to the US government:

The U.S. domestic trade embargo on Iran remains in place. Even after Implementation Day, with limited exceptions, U.S. persons – including U.S. companies – continue to be broadly prohibited from engaging in transactions or dealings with Iran or its government.

I'll update this thread when I know more.

Our current prohibition is on licensing the engine to Iran. We don't police who our users employ.

I'm sorry to report that after completing our research, we are not able to license the engine to Iran at this time. The lifting of sanctions to Iran was widely misreported in the media. It is still not permitted for a US-based company to license technology of US origin into Iran.

We'll certainly continue to monitor developments here and update where possible.
