Hello, this problem. Installed Visual studio 2015. It was established with errors. Ue4 launcher and stopped running.

In this editor through D: \ Program Files \ Epic Games \ 4.10 \ Engine \ Binaries \ Win64 \ UE4Editor all projects are launched.

I insert a blank Windows 10 all the drivers DirectX,
Visual Studio 2015 installed without errors.
But launcher still does not run as a yellow triangle appears on the screenshot. Downloaded Launcher reinstalled it many times. Why is only installed 32bit version. Through the entire Internet did not find anything, can someone faced with similar?

Try the troubleshooting steps in this section of the troubleshooting guide.

If nothing works, follow the steps here to generate your Debug Logs. Post them here, along with your Dxdiag/system specs.

Could you also check D:\Program Files\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Binaries\Win64\ to seee if this folder exists and if it contains the EpicLauncher.exe file?

Found the problem. Use an old USB modem for the Internet. Hooked up the new modem it worked. Installed Launcher.
