Texture bug on iPad 2 Air

Hello. I have some texture problems when testing on iPad 2 Air. On the image you can see that instead of texture there is something like: “See power of two…”. I suppose it means that I need to use textures’ dimensions of power of two. I’m using 128x128 JPEG grass texture and it’s not working. I’ve tested my game on iPhone 4 and and it works fine, grass texture looks how it should (but not on iPad 2 Air). So what is wrong? P.S. some of the widget buttons’ textures aren’t power of 2 but they do fine ^^

Could you please provide me with your texture file? I was unable to replicate this issue by turning the power of two mode to none and changing the mip gen settings to no mipmap settings.
