When i try to launch Unreal Engine 4.10.2 it says this"The procedure entry point_wtoi could not be located in the dynamic link library E:\Epic Games\4.10\Engine\Binaries\Win64\UE4Editor-AppFramework.dll"

I’m sorry that it’s been a few days.
It sounds like you may have had a bad engine install. First try Verifying the install. Just click the yellow arrow beside of the Launch button on the engine card.
If that doesn’t work, I would uninstall and reinstall the entire engine.
At that point, if you are still having the issue. Please post back here to let me know and we can continue investigating.
