Packing fail, UAT problem

Fairly new to UE4.
But earlier i had used the launcher, packaged and played the game just fine.
Then after adding a few assets that had already been used in the level…
The packaging failed. same error comes up, here is the end of the log.

Thanks for any help understanding what has changed since packaging it last.

Be sure you have Visual Studio 2015 installed and up to date.

I was under the impression i didn’t need that unless i was use C+ or whatever?

Hehe, You need it, can´t cook or package withou that. Must install
