My launcher Freezes As I Type In My Email

My launcher freezes everytime i try to login. Attached is the DxDiag.txt file for my computer.link text

Any virus scanner running? Disable… There has been a lot of launcher stuff going on… Think something is up with it. Do a search next to POST A QUESTION see if you could gleam anything… sorry, not very helpful.

scanners are disabled. i also tried the opengl command still not working

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Based on your DxDiag you are using an on-board Intel based GPU. The drivers appears to be quite old. Based on my research, it appears that your GPU is the Intel HD graphics 3000. Please visit the Intel site and download the latest drivers for your system here.

If this does not work, please reply back, and we will continue to look into this for you.

it did not work …it is still freezing often
