Ghosting when turning head on Vive

When I play in editor or a build using the Vive headset, I get the image doubling up as I rotate my head.

Simple repro is to run anything on Vive and turn your head left and right.

I’ve had this problem since at least v4.8, I’d hoped it might disappear in an update but I guess there’s something else I’m missing.

This doesn’t occur on PSVR.

Unable to test on Oculus.

Quick note, on the view on the monitor this doesn’t occur, only on the headset display

I am also seeing this on the Rift CV1. In my test scene, the frame rate is locked at 90, and I have all anti aliasing and motion blur disabled, but when making any lateral movements there is very noticeable image doubling/ghosting. Using 4.11 with instanced stereo enabled.
