Serious Bug with Highmaps - Unreal Engine 4.10.2 - 4.11

Hi,
I have found a very annoying bug in conjunction with Highmaps, World Displacement and Tesselation.
I tried everything I could to solve this problem. But nothing works. I recorded a short video where you can see the problem:

A friend of mine and his team have the same problem in their game development. Please fix this bug.

That works fine for me. Be sure to only zip up the Content, Config, and .Uproject. Upload it to an external drive or file sharing program, and share with me the link in a private forum message.

Could you please combine it all in a single zipped folder so I can easily open and test it? Instead of using OneDrive, use Google Drive or DropBoxx.

I guess this problem is solved. The box I have used for the material has not enough vertices. For this reason the 3D model is flickering.
