[Feature Request] Box lights

I realized recently that I was really getting a lot of use out of the “Box Reflection Actors” in my level interiors and it occurred to me that a light that behaved in a similar manner would be really valuable in UE4! Since dynamic and stationary light overlap is an important performance concern and a lot of “real world” scenes tend to have flat/boxy environments like walls/halls/floors/ceilings I think lights that were clamped down to box boundaries would be able to be a LOT more efficient.

There could be a few different ways to implement this either as it’s own class or by defining clip volume/falloff inside of point and spot light as an option. I think users might want to be able to provide a “fade distance” parameter that would fade the lights effect as it reached the box / plane to smooth out the edges for more complex scenes as well.

Not sure if under the hood this would actually be feasible / efficient but if it could work I imagine for some scenes it would make stationary lights a lot more efficient.
