Exporting lighting data crash

Hey there! I have an issue with UE4, no matter what version I use whenever I build light the engine crashes at exporting lighting data, it’s always around 33% and than it just crashes. It happens with every project, even with the blank one.

in the windows task manager, see if the memory usage is very high, is it?

No, it’s not high.

I’ve tried most of these suggestions and nothing seems to work. Changing lightmap resolution didn’t worked. Large wold is not the case as the problem persists even with the blank project. I’ve also tried reinstalling editor, deleting swarm cache, etc. No matter what I do the exporting lighting data stops at around 33% and then unreal engine crashes.
