Anti Aliasing - gear VR alternatives, possibilities

Hello ue4 community.
Couple months a go I switched from unity to ue4 because of its photorealistic capabilities for arch viz. So i’m kind of new here. Now i’m working with gear VR and stumbled on some issues and questions.

I know antialiasing is huge problem in general and it’s expensive to use AA filters,
i’m interested what there options, any workarounds or tips to decrease aliasing for gearVR?

MSAA should be now enabled by default, even though I’m getting mixed results. Don’t know how to increase / decrease it. Anybody knows if MSAA also applies to the textures or just to the edges of polygons?
