Why does copying timeline nodes cross project result in lost tracks?

I found that when you copy part of a graph from one BP to another, but cross project(so editor has to close and open again), timeline won’t copy their tracks.

To reproduce, create a timeline node, copy it to clipboard, open another project, paste to a graph and then check tracks.
