Unwanted Parts of Mesh Showing with Opacity Channel

Hey all,

I’m having trouble with an opacity channel. Everything looks great in Substance Painter but when I bring my model into UE4 parts of it show through that aren’t supposed to. I know the problem is with transparency and my opacity channel as the problem disappears when unplugging it or using masked instead of transparency.
