Trying to change the install location of 4.10 due to an error I get when launching (Could not find file ‘E:\Epic Games\4.10\Engine\Binaries\Win64\UE4Game.pdb’) which seems to be a path issue. I’ve seem other resolved cases of this online where the solution seems to be installing somewhere other than Program Files(x86) but the launcher puts it there automatically. Is there a manual download (other than git), or some easier way to do this?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble. The engine will be installed in the same location as the launcher. If you choose to install the launcher in a different location then the engine will be placed there as well.
There is no offline or manual installer other than the source available through GitHub.
this does not work. i had already installed on c: and reinstalled on d:. launcher still thinks dl location is c: i also changed the location in settings
A quick note that the Launcher now allows you to choose where you wish to install new engine versions to.
