Hello, it appears that the “orient mesh emitters” flag on the skel vert / surf loc location module is broken and has no affect on mesh emitted particles.

Thank you for your patience. The ‘Orient Mesh Emitters’ function not working is a known issue in 4.1. A report has been filed in our database and assigned out to be fixed. Please let us know if you encounter any other unexpected behavior.
