Stuck on Please Wait - have tried multiple things

I’ve been trying to log in, but I’m just stuck on the “Please Wait…” screen. I’ve read the troubleshooting guide and tried the -http=wininet trick. Nothing.

Based on your logs, the “-http=wininet” has not been added to the target line. Could you please check the shortcut and post your target line here?
