How do I get to the C++ programming menu

I am wondering where just the c++ code editor is, and where I can find it.

Hi Jeremy,

to get to the c++ coding editor you will want either XCode or Visual Studio (the version is dependent on which version of unreal engine you are using such as 4.11 is visual studio 2015 where as 4.9.2 is visual studio 2013)

in order to get to the solution you will want to inside the editor File → (Underneath Project Header) Open Visual Studio

another solution is to after you generated your first c++ class you can double click on the solution directly by navigating your native file browser to your project folder
