Greetings from the land of bears, snow, vodka and cp1251 in the year 2016. I have localized Win10 and it’s a bit annoying to see things like this in Visual Studio output:

I have already switched to en-US in most obvious places, but looks like some russian locale remains somewhere. Can anyone help me getting rid of this badly encoded cyrillics, please?
