Light Tearing and Color errors

As you can see I am experiencing weird lighting issues. The first example is with me attempting to bake static lighting into my scene. In these two screen shots you can see both the mesh which has a light map (increasing the resolution has no affect) and the basic box brush receive the tearing; and I have been witnessing this in several areas in my scene. The light I am using is a spotlight set at an intensity of 20 and inverse square falloff turned off.

The other problem I am having is with baked directional light as static mobility. As you can see I am receiving weird color artifacts throughout the scene.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is Unreal 4.9.2

Thanks,

Shaun

One last image of the color artifact

The issue has been resolved. I didn’t notice a hidden mesh in the outliner. This was causing both the color artifacts and light tearing.
