Setting the Simulation filter data for vehicle wheels

Does anyone happen to know where the simulation filter data for the vehicle’s wheels is being set? I would like to modify it to allow for wheel on wheel collision as this is where an Nvidia dev told me to look. I’m currently working on it, but thought I would post this question in the meantime just in case. Anyways, thanks in advance.

No, I ended up not having the time. Though I purchased blue man vehicle physics and that does everything that I needed. It may seem expensive, but I can tell I spent way more time that what $80 is worth 10x over trying to unwrap the spaghetti layered code of the nvidia/unreal vehicle. The $80 he’s charging is nothing compared to it.
