bend / curve progress bar?

Right so my browser closed down when i just type all this and it didnt save so im just gonna get through it very fast now.

I wanna know if it is possible to bend or curve a progressbar, so it doesnt just go straight ahead.

Take a loot at this image below, its from a game called Kingdom Hearts

If you look at the green Healthbars you can se that it is actuly bending around their head sprites in a circle. instead of just going stright to the right.

How can i do that with a Widget Progressbar?
